He has formed investment partnerships, acquired land, developed medical properties, orchestrated debt placement, managed successful leasing programs, brokered countless tenant leases, and acted as both an asset and property manager for his clients. He received his MBA from USC and BA from UCLA. He is a member of BOMA, the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group, and USC Real Estate Alumni and Friends. He is a licensed real estate broker and has been a guest lecturer at the USC School of Architecture
Mitchell Yankowitz

Mr. Yankowitz began his career in the Motion Picture Business here in Los Angeles. He worked for three of the major studios, Paramount, Universal Pictures and Twentieth Century Fox. As Executive Vice President, he was in charge of international marketing. He has successfully applied his extensive marketing expertise to the Southern California real estate market, focusing exclusively on medical office buildings. He has been a licensed real estate broker in California since 1986. He received his MBA in marketing and finance from USC and BA in economics from UCLA.

Aaron is Medical Asset Management’s primary leasing and property manager for the Southbay, Inglewood and Long Beach communities and has been instrumental stabilizing MAM’s assets on the Dignity/Common Spirit St. Mary Medical Center campus in Long Beach. He brings a unique balance of success in elite team environments and business savvy to Medical Asset Management. A California native, Mr. Boss is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science and holds a California Real Estate License.
Alphonzo Hicks

Alphonzo comes to Medical Asset Management with over 15 year of successful experience in commercial real estate, property management, leasing and construction supervision. His property management experience gives him a great understanding of Yardi, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. As Director of Management, Alphonzo works directly with property owners and investors to develop and implement expected goals of each property. He has an extensive knowledge of building maintenance, unit remodeling, tenant improvements, capital expenditures and building construction. A native of Los Angeles, Alphonzo holds a Bachelor of the Arts from the University of California, Irvine, and he is the current Board President of the South Bay LGBTQ Center.

With a background in media and project management, Annie brings a creative and detail-oriented approach to her role as Property Manager and Leasing Agent at Medical Asset Management. Since joining the team, she has led several key marketing initiatives, including the award-winning BOMA 2021 TOBY presentation for Tarzana Medical Atrium, which earned Best Medical Building of the Year. Currently managing over 150,000 SF with over 50 satisfied tenants.
Annie holds a B.A. in Media Production from Pepperdine University and spent five years in the Entertainment Industry managing projects for major clients such as Netflix, Disney+, and ABC. Her diverse experience enhances the firm's ability to deliver high-quality service and strategic marketing for healthcare real estate assets.
Brock Burnett

Brock began his Real Estate career in 2007 in property management, leasing and investment sales. His exposure on both sides of the transaction combined with his attention to detail and his drive for dedication to service earned him the title of “Concierge Broker” from his clients. He has a versatile background in both Office and Retail leasing and Tenant Representation on National, Regional and Local levels. He works from the mentality that creating a synergistic partnership with his clients allows for an acceleration of success for all future transactions. Brock is the Property Manager at Tarzana Medical Atrium which won the BOMA 2021 TOBY award for Best Medical Office Building. An Indiana Native, Brock went to Western Kentucky University studying communications and psychology and is actively involved in the West Valley Soccer programs as a coach for the past seven years.

Delaina has over 20 years of commercial real estate accounting and bookkeeping experience. She is extremely knowledgeable in Yardi and Quickbooks allowing her to effectively handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Rent statements, Operating Expense reconciliations and Lease administration. Delaina holds a B.A. in Vocal Performances from UCLA and earned her M.A. in Opera Performances from The Boston Conservatory.
