Shed Family Trust sold the UCLA Medical Group office building at 2424 Wilshire Blvd. in Santa Monica, CA, to 2424 Wilshire Equities LLC, a California limited liability company, for $2.1 million, or about $571 per square foot.
UCLA Medical Group occupies the single-tenant, one-story medical office building, which was built in 1948. The property is diagonal from Douglas Park on the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Chelsea Avenue.
Pete Genren, a CPA, assisted the seller, while the buyer was represented by Luke Palmo of Coldwell Banker Commercial Westmac.
