JEFFREY D. CUNNINGHAM
MANAGING PARTNER
Since 1986, Mr. Cunningham has focused his career on building and managing successful medical properties. He has formed investment partnerships, acquired land, developed medical properties, orchestrated debt placement, managed successful leasing programs, brokered countless tenant leases, and acted as both an asset and property manager for his clients. He received his MBA from USC and BA from UCLA. He is a member of BOMA, the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group, and USC Real Estate Alumni and Friends. MITCHELL YANKOWITZ
MANAGING PARTNER
Mr. Yankowitz began his career in the Motion Picture Business here in Los Angeles. He worked for three of the major studios, Paramount, Universal Pictures and Twentieth Century Fox. As Executive Vice President, he was in charge of international marketing. He has successfully applied his extensive marketing expertise to the Southern California real estate market, focusing exclusively on medical office buildings. He has been a licensed real estate broker in California since 1986. He received his MBA in marketing and finance from USC and BA in economics from UCLA. License ID: 01360137

Ms. Weber has 20 years of medical and office leasing experience. Angie started her leasing career at Beitler Commercial Realty, Inc. and has been associated with Wilkins Randles, Arden Realty and prior to joining Medical Asset Management she was at Tiarna Real Estate Services. She has been affiliated with and represented medical ownerships that include; Cigna, HCPI, Healthcare Financial Partners and C&L. ANDREW L. HOOVER
DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
With over 13 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Hoover provides clients with a broad range of asset management services. His depth of experience includes work in both the private and government sectors focusing on property management and asset preservation. His range of construction expertise includes ground up construction, OSHPD developments, seismic upgrades, asbestos abatement, energy management upgrades and tenant improvements. Mr. Hoover has a stellar reputation with his clients, focusing on client asset preservation (or appreciation) through building positive relationships with vendors and tenants. He seeks cost saving and environment friendly alternatives for his clients, while keeping a focus on the bottom line. His previous real estate experience includes Beach Cities Health District (property manger overseeing South Bay Hospital campus) and Republic National Bank (mortgage division). Wendy Gordon has twenty 20 years of medical, office and retail Property Management experience. Prior to joining Medical Asset Management, she was a Senior Portfolio Manager for Tiarna Real Estate Services where she was responsible for the management and supervision of approximately 800,000 square feet of office and medical properties. Wendy has been associated with Arden Realty, Jones Lang LaSalle and Equity Office Properties. Wendy has extensive construction experience with both tenant and capital improvements projects. Wendy has been successful in locating cost savings opportunities, which enhance the property while reducing operating expenses. Wendy is a graduate of Trenton State College in New Jersey where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and holds a California Real Estate License. License ID: 01276343

Billie Scelza joined Medical Asset Management in 2007 and has been working as both a Leasing Agent for Building Owners, as well as, a Tenant Representative for Physicians throughout the Los Angeles marketplace. Her transaction territories include the Westside, Downtown and San Fernando Valley. Billie holds her California Real Estate License.
